Circumscribing the pool is a (3) level by 350 meters long, “FIRST” Boardwalk structure of its kind. But the eye catcher of all, Is the “FIRST” giant outdoor TV screen 50 meters in height attached to the front wall of the Tower. A Giant Television shows a non-stop movie scene of a Giant Water Falls, the inventor-designer took advantage of the huge source of fresh water from the TV screen and use them as the main source of fresh water to supply the huge swimming pool. Amazing, How is that possible?

The Pawikan complex can host huge crowded events like : Conventions, Local and International Beauty Pageants, Musical Concerts, Sporting Events, Asean Summit and many more related events to help decongest Metro Manila.
