1. Huge Generating Power Capacity
The nominal planned capacity has an average of 36MW as our standard for a 30MW minimum deployable power
per turbine and is scalable to 50MW, the increased capacity gets more viable in all aspects. The premium 50MW
turbine is suitable for large-scale wind farms above 1000MW capacities at onshore or offshore farm locations.

Most onshore wind farms have planted 1 to 3MW per turbine position, which has occupied a vast amount of lands,
and entails an additional cost on rentals, land development, and cable interconnection systems. Their offshore
wind Farms opted for higher capacities to 5 and 8MW. According to wind energy experts, a 12MW capacity seems
to be the limit of conventional wind turbines because by further increasing its capacity will become riskier and no
longer viable in all aspects of investments, survivability on furious winds, engineering, maintenance, and safety.
2. The Lowest Tip Height Of All Turbines
The designed tip height of Rollie Wind Turbine is 60 meters only for a 36MW installed capacity, if the capacity
is increased to 50MW its tip height is calculated at 80 meters only. When our wind turbine is located at windy
area facing the vast seas on high grounds, a 50-meter high is sufficient enough to produce rated power output.

Most onshore wind farm turbines have a tip height of 142 meters for 1 to 3MW capacities, while an offshore
turbines tip height averages 167m for 4-5MW, 200m for the 8MW, and 260m for the planned 12MW.
This seems the downside of conventional wind turbines, as they increase their power capacities, it requires a
mandatory increase on their heights. The risk is clear, most of these turbines could be knockdown when hit by
a 140Kph wind speeds from moderate typhoons because some turbine components and tower supports are
unfit physically for a real combat to sustain destructive winds above 150Kph for economic reasons.
3. A Soft Starter From Rest, Can Produce Power With The Lowest Wind Speed
Rollie Wind Turbine was invented to take off by a soft start, just in a count of 10 seconds, the huge turbine can
start and will continue spinning to produce power even at a low wind speed: 10Kph (3m/s) with no backup
electric motor, and loves to continue producing rated power above cut-out at 88Kph (24m/s) a mark set out by
conventional turbines. RWE turbines will still be doing normal business and producing rated power by simply
playing with the winds up to 150 Kph (41m/s) briefly explained in No.5. An estimated productivity rate by RWE
is 85% of the total no. of hours annually, compared to a 50% productivity rate by conventional turbines.

Most onshore and offshore conventional wind turbines can hardly start at low wind speed of 3m/s and the worst
it stops spinning, becomes idle, and produces no power. To restart, some maintenance crews had to employ
electric motor to aid the rotor to spin at low wind speed which could take hours. These are the unfixable
downsides of conventional wind turbines, does not produce power at low wind speed below cut-in 14Kph (4m/s),
and also it does not produce power at high speed winds above rated by invoking a cut out mode at 88Kph.
Record reveals by the industry, most installed conventional wind turbines can only produce power on an average
of 50% of the total no. of hours annually. Means, the other 50% of time is zero output = unhealthy business.
4. No Hauling Of Long Blades For Delivery To The Project Site
Obviously, this is a super huge Wind Power Plant Generation System that can produce 30 MW of power per
turbine position, but what is so unique about this invention is the longest material is only 24-meters long for site
delivery by ordinary hauling trackers to any type of roads and project locations without causing traffic issues. All
materials and parts shall be assembled at the site by Stick-built and Hook-up methods: simpler, faster, and safer.
There is no involvement of expensive rentals and mobilization of special heavyweight and tall crane equipment.

Every wind turbine that is currently installed across wind farms globally is at risk of overspin before burning.
Why? coz they are born to overspin there is no way to prevent it, so their solution is adaptability by surrendering to
overspin and resorting to cut-out mode and hope to survive by a small margin, seems pitiful and helpless, like foot
soldiers with no training and skills mobilized into the front line for a war they cannot win only to be slaughtered by
powerful enemies, programmed to surrender when attacked, and has to endure severe punishments while on target
in an openly defenseless position during storm wars. Seen as a heart-breaking ending scenario for wind farms.
There have been so many cases of such burnings caused by the said overspin. In fairness, wind engineers are truly
working hard to find solutions but struggling to address this issue head-on, they employ aerodynamic air brake
techniques by pitch control but is simply a cosmetic solution maybe is good at working on nominal excess winds.
Definitely, it will fail when confronted head-on by aggressive winds under a moderate cat-1 140Kph windspeed,
but what about a cat-3 Hurricane of 200Kph? and cat-4 of 250Kph. They are preparing to attack soon.
The untold technical issue is the gear assembly which holds and turns the blades at the joint of the rotor which
is designed to pitch the blades during excessive wind attacks and will not last for an hour of sustained resistance,
why? because they are not designed to do the job on aggressive winds due to economic reasons, so their cute
electric motor and battery systems driving the gear assembly will be overpowered by the excessive pitch wind
pressures acting on the spinning blades, next is? the whole pitch system will fail, and the rotor will overspin freely
at uncontrollable mode, at this point, any additional speed control system on the shaft will be overpowered by
the over-spinning rotor, also Brake Pad Disks will develop excessive friction and heating enough to cause a fire,
similarly, the generator will overspin excessively far beyond the designed RPM limit, and spot-on next is burning
of the Nacelle. By logic, over-spinning creates many forms of risks. This unsolved case of overspin equates to
the burning of the Nacelle, it happens every time. Unfortunately, there is no exemption on this. Sadly, wind turbines
planted across wind farms are defenseless, awaiting notorious winds to hit them hard, overspin, burn, and burst.
6. The One And Only Turbine To Survive A Category (5) Super Typhoon 320Kph
The message is clear, we are facing a threat from environmental disasters due to an escalating degree of global
warming. Our great scientists warned us of more and stronger typhoons to hit us from today and in the future.
FAQ: Are Renewable energy farms safe from future storm war attacks: like a wind speed of 250Kph? A Big No.
For us, it's Yes!, our turbine can even survive a category-5 hurricane attack: 320Kph, most notorious wind speed
ever recorded in the history of mankind to hit communities in the Philippines, Haiyan 2013, 305Kph at landfall.
Rollie Wind Energy is leapfrogging with technological advances in wind energy generation, far advanced than any
conventional wind turbines flooding the market today. We invented a new wind turbine to survive the harshest
wind conditions, which can switch into a storm war mode. During a storm attack, RWE turbines will invoke the

Let's take a Risk-Case Study for a mid-category-3 Hurricane with a wind speed of 200Kph to hit a wind farm at
crosshair, the likelihood of full-scale destruction is "Extremely High." It's going to be a massive disaster and
big-time devastation for the wind farm, we can expect 100% destruction. The picture of the wind farm would
be comparable to a Banana Farm Plantation completely flattened by a 200Kph typhoon. All efforts, time, and
money poured into this type of wind farm will be gone with the wind in just one solid hit. How can renewable
energy save humans from climate change? when these farms cannot even survive the ravaging effect of it.
Everyone active in the wind industry understands this risk very well, they know the sacred limit of survivability.
Conventional wind turbines are designed to a moderate wind speed of 150Kph only. If the wind industry takes
steps to increase additional reinforcements to their entire wind turbine assembly to survive a higher wind speed
of 200Kph, the wind industry will face an additive cost to their CapEx with no added income from the harvested
energy. By economics, the cost adjustments to the budget will surely end up as the most expensive power
generation to the energy-mixed market, and no one will buy it. By doing so, the wind industry will close down.
So, they leveled down in addressing the risk, instead has opted to embrace a risky path of having no chance of
survivability on notorious wind speeds above 150 to 250Kph and waiting to be knocked down by one solid punch.
Their collective faith is for their wind farm sites to be built away from the pathways of category 3 to 5 Hurricanes
and super typhoons. But Hey! the climate is changing, and the typhoon's pathways are changing as well.
There is absolutely no Safe Heaven for energy farms, they are built openly defenseless, weak, and on target.
OBSERVATIONS :
a. The wind industry sticks to the limit of designing wind turbine assembly at 150Kph a low category-1 Hurricane as most viable for the industry and has no plans to reinforce their turbines to survive higher wind speeds.
b. Some manufacturers have intentionally deviated from their designs below 150Kph wind for economic reasons.
c. A 150 Kph wind speed is noncompliant with most of the Building Code in many States and Countries where
code requirements for wind speed are higher than 150Kph where wind farm projects are located.
d. Results: Wind turbines have been burning and collapsing, thus posing risks to life, property, and investments.
These unwanted incidents are attributed to non-compliance with the wind speed Code requirements.
e. In the post-fossil era, if humanity relies on this kind of wind energy source, communities will be left helpless
with no power, in darkness and cold whenever their wind farms are damaged by typhoons above 150Kph.
f. Experts, scientists, and engineers are sworn into a standard practice to design and build structures, utilities,
and equipment to survive the worst loads and forces stipulated in the Building Code in each state or country.

7. The Cheapest, Estimated Price Drop Of 20% Than Conventional Turbines

is enjoying the cheapest electric bills, we are winning over climate change neither we talk nor not about it.

Profit", all existing wind farms today planted with conventional wind turbines don't fall into this category. While

8. Faster To Manufacture, Assembly, Build, And Maintain Than Conventional Turbines

its vulnerability to freezing and stop generating energy when it's needed most by the people during winter, this is a serious case of unfixable problem of the wind turbines and solar, a hard question on reliability and their ability to
generate energy at extreme conditions and with no answer to give. Rollie Wind Turbine is invented to survive any
form of extreme environmental disasters and weather conditions. During snowing or frosting, our turbine receives
automatic heating of parts to keep them warm throughout the winter season to prevent frosting of the turbine
